Digital Peninsula Network is a member organisation serving Cornwall's rapidly growing community of ICT & digital professionals. We also assist traditional businesses with their aspirations to exploit new technology.

The Network brings together individuals and small businesses working in ICT and digital industries in Cornwall. We are web developers, technical experts, designers, trainers, managers and programmers - and we welcome anyone for whom digital technology is central to their work.

We provide a framework of support for our membership and promote Cornwall as the UK's digital peninsula – a leading region in the development and use of digital technology.

Digital Peninsula Network (DPN) is working in partnership with training providers throughout Cornwall to offer ICT and Digital Media businesses, based in Cornwall, access to the best training available. Whatever the nature of the training you require DPN will work with your business to identify and source the best training to suit your needs.

Up and Coming Workshops and Training with DPN

DPN has arranged for AutoCAD Intermediate User training on 5th & 6th January 2012 at Bodmin. Using a trainer from the recommended Cadpoint training company based in London, we have set up this bespoke 2 day session. Normally it would cost in excess of £900 for this calibre of training but if businesses are eligible DPN can help subsidise costs making it just £299 + vat per delegate.

The specific content is still in negotiation as we want to tailor it for individual needs and there is a preliminary guide available. The group size is limited to six people to allow for plenty of individual questions and consequently places are very limited.

Also on offer is an introduction to Drupal on Wednesday, 14th December 9.30am - 4.30 pm ath the DPN, Penzance.

A one-day introduction which will enable you to understand the basics of how Drupal works, and why you might decide to invest time learning to use it as a development platform. Aimed at Web Developers new to Drupal.

Cost £100 pp, or £40 for businesses eligible for a subsidy provided by DPN.
