Other News: Small businesses struggling to access 'frozen' Government creditFirms are struggling to access credit that was meant to be unlocked by the Government's enterprise finance guarantee scheme. According to Kevin Dickens, president of the UK200Group of accountants and lawyers, some high street banks are unaware how to apply for the scheme.
