Other News: Workers on long-term sick entitled to holidays, rules EU courtA European court has ruled that employees on long-term sick leave are entitled to paid holidays.The ruling, handed down by the European Court of Justice (ECJ), means that workers who are on sick leave are entitled to accrue four weeks paid holiday for each year on sick leave.
