Original 1920s prismatic lighting salvaged from Cornish churches, industrial factory lights from the former Eastern Bloc and reclaimed lighting from the Victorian hospitals of South East England – these, and much more, all feature in the ever-changing eclectic collection from exciting new lighting brand, S K I N F L I N T.
Launched in 2009 by lighting design consultants Chris and Sophie Miller – who run successful lighting consultancy business S K I N F L I N T DESIGN and have been responsible for high-profile lighting projects such as the London Transport Museum and Post Haus (with British architects Foster and Partners), as well as styling for the BBC and high-end commercials – S K I N F L I N T is a major new brand in original reclaimed lighting designed and produced predominantly between 1900 and 1960.
