The Let's Talk seminars are run by Barclays as part of their commitment to help local businesses to develop and succeed. As such, they are FREE to attend (although the ticket price should be £225 per person!). The workshops are aimed at helping small business owners to step back from daily operations and make long term strategic plans. They will be delivered by Robert Craven, a management consultant who spent five years running entrepreneurship courses at Warwick Business School.
Bright Marketing is an intensive seminar that makes businesses re-think how they get and keep customers. The workshop is based on Robert Craven's book, 'Customer Is King'.
