DPN members Latitude 50 have recently acquired two quality standards in recognition of their services and standards of working. This covers their businesses of software development under Latitude 50, Internet Hosting Services (HelstonISP) and their online shop for Cornish Business (Buy Cornwall). As the 'technical' arm of 3B International this also means that 3B's IT systems also meet the quality standards
ISO9001-2000 is the recognised quality standard for customer focus throughout the relationship and lifecycle of product development and ongoing support
ISO27001-2005 is the quality standard for IT Security and confirms that adequate controls addressing confidentiality, integrity and availability of information are in place to safeguard the information of 'interested parties'. Interested parties being you, Latitude 50's customers, employees, trading partners and the needs of society in general.
