About Us

The Network brings together individuals and small businesses working in creative and digital industries in Cornwall. We are web developers, journalists, technical experts, designers, trainers, managers and programmers - and we welcome anyone for whom digital technology is central to their work.

At the Centre in Penzance, members can use high end professional computer equipment and software, make use of our broadband connection and network with other members. Several of our members have based their micro-businesses at the Centre before moving on to their own premises.

Members of the network get acces to subsidised advertising both in print through our yearly Directory of Creative and ICT services and online through the DPN members directory on this site. Members also get the chance to be featured in our bi-weekly newsletter and to promote their businesses in various ways at our many seminars and networking events.

Another of DPN's most usefull services is ICT Scout . This is a free job advertising and job finding service for jobs and contracts within the Creative and ICT sectors. For more information click on the link above.

The Network is represented on several bodies that are making crucial decisions about Cornwall's digital future. Through regular meetings, newsletters and the use of this website, we help over 150 members link up to get more work, upgrade their skills and ensure that their voices are heard.
