Technical Support

Support at the Centre

The Centre is a great resource for technical advice. We have a full-time staff member specialising in technical support. Members using the Centre have a wealth of knowledge that they are often willing to share if you get stuck.

(Please note: the first half an hour of support is free to annual members, advice thereafter is charged. Please enquire for prices).


Online Helpdesk

Annual members can take advantage of the Technical Helpdesk, so if you're having difficulties at home, you can email DPN for expert advice. You can also telephone the Centre for technical support from 9am-5pm.


Health Check

For a small charge, members can also bring in their computers for a 'PC health check', conducted by our technical support expert.
