Somar are a manufacturing company in Truro that sell distributor rights to their Powerboss energy saving products all around the world. I designed and wrote a Customer Management / Sales Process Line of Business application in .NET C# with an SQL Database back end. The application was designed to follow the sales process to prompt the distributors to follow each step and to record all outcomes of interactions with the clients. The application was also designed to report back to Somar so they could build a picture of what was happening at the coal face and create acurate data on the market penetration and real world energy savings of their products in different sectors.


Hollands & Long Electrical Contractors Gilligabben Industrial Estate, Helston. They had a custom sales proccess program that was installed on an aging and failing PC that needed upgrading. They had lost the installation disks so I was called in to see if the program was movable to a new PC. Since it wasn't I wrote a "clone" of the program and transfered all the data from the old program into my new version.
