As a wholly privately owned company Microtest has always been able to focus and engage directly with our customers, maintaining a consistently high standard of support and customer satisfaction. We cover every aspect of design, production, manufacture, installation, training and support both for our clinical systems and our retail PCs. Working to ISO 9001 standards, we use our own highly trained, in-house staff, avoiding the inevitable dilution of quality from out-sourcing wherever possible. In terms of our clinical software products Microtest are very proud to be advised by both our user groups and steering groups, composed of healthcare professionals such as GPs and Practice Managers. We pride ourselves on the ability of our Software Development team to react quickly and confidently to all the demands of the changing primary care marketplace. In addition to the Microtest clinical products, our retail sales department provides custom specification PCs, our own brand Microtest laptops, and peripherals and suppliers to the South West. Recent sales figures show that we are building and selling over a thousand PCs every year (on average)! Contracting with schools, businesses and individuals we offer a huge range of items and Microtest is an approved reseller (or equivelent) for companies such as Microsoft, Epson, Brother, SCO and more.
