With backgrounds in organic and sustainable development, our team members have worked independently in key creative roles for several environmentally pioneering organisations such as the Eden Project, Soil Association and West Country Rivers Trust. We founded Leap because, having observed every kind of design and media at work for several decades, we learned that creativity makes a huge difference in the way we live. Having headed up graphic design at the Eden Project, Matt Hocking is now our creative director at Leap.
